If you’d like to permanently delete your PicPlanr account and the information associated with it, we’ll guide you through a straightforward request process.

Your PicPlanr account, workspace information, saved brand details, connected content and associated account data will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

You can ask us to delete your PicPlanr account and all data associated with it at any time, including any data PicPlanr has received from Facebook or Instagram.

Your brand voice, captions, content plans and scheduled posts
Photos and videos you uploaded
Your connections to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Google Business Profile, including any access tokens and any page, profile or post data received through them
How to request deletion
Email info@picplanr.com from the email address linked to your PicPlanr account, with the subject "Delete my data".
We'll confirm your request and delete your data within 30 days. We'll email you when it's done.
Removing PicPlanr's access to Facebook or Instagram
You can also remove PicPlanr's access yourself at any time:
Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or Apps and websites) → select PicPlanr → Remove.
Instagram: Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites → select PicPlanr → Remove.
Removing access stops PicPlanr from reading or posting to your accounts. To also delete the data we already hold, email us as described above.
